Great news! You helped us raise the funds, now it’s time to raise the roof! Early last week, we were able to complete our “Raise the Roof” campaign by raising the $24,000 needed to complete the roof on the first set of four homes for orphaned and abandoned children at Faith Village! We are grateful to God and to the many New Mercies friends and partners who prayed and gave toward this goal. It gets even better though. Our Rwandan Partners (Faith Victory Association) have been having devotional times with a group of vulnerable women from the Faith Village community. In the past few weeks, there have been more than 30 women who have chosen to become Christians.
On top of all that, we held our annual Africa Action fundraiser this past Saturday and raised another $10,000, which will help us to immediately continue construction after the roof is completed. God is good and His care for the orphaned and abandoned of the world is finding expression through you. Thank you for partnering with us to impact Rwanda!
