All New Mercies staff raise their own salary and contribute toward their ministry and administrative costs. This allows 100% of your unrestricted gift to New Mercies to go completely and directly to our projects. We have also chosen to maintain our non-profit status under City Hill Church, which significantly reduces administrative costs. In addition, City Hill's generosity in processing our finances free of charge means that your gifts go further.
In addition to the direct benefit provided through our projects, we also like to support local economies. Whenever possible, we purchase supplies and hire workers locally. Working closely with local partners in the same community for more than fifteen years helps us target projects and funds to those most vulnerable.
